We recently bought this at an auction, but we just found out we are expecting and it doesn't make sense for us to keep the trailer now.
This trailer has TWO private bedrooms and TWO bathrooms! One bedroom with a queen bed, the other with bunk beds, perfect for kids.
Everything apparently works and it tows well. The only exceptions we know of are that it does have some minor plastic parts that could be replaced and the rear air conditioner is damaged.
A major plus is that the roof was recently resealed, which is important for these trailers, and the tires are in good shape!
It includes a separate WASHER and DRYER (not a combo unit). It also has a tank heater to keep things from freezing.
A new sewer hose kit and an air conditioner cover are included--both are still in retail boxes.
As an extra bonus, we will throw in a brand new deep-cycle marine battery, which was not included when we bought it (battery purchased 2/2/26). This will make hitching it up to your truck an easy process.
It currently has an adapter for an Andersen hitch--that can be removed pretty easily if you need the straight kingpin.
