I purchased this unit two years ago, hail damage auction. The hail had destroyed all the old brittle roof vents. Approximately $1000 all new vents, sealed around the vents, the roof was great. Very good roof. No pock marks on the body. Awnings were shot from age, new awning and the awning over the pop out replaced. The floor linoleum was cracked and pealing from age. Redid the floor. The past owners were incredible. No spills, stains or deep dirt or scratches marks. They really cared for this unit. Minor dusting, new batteries, three of them, oil and filter for the generac generator. It starts easy, AC comes on, needs recharged. Furnace works. Microwave needs the generator on or 110 land dock line. Tires are like new. The leaf springs were sagging the other way, had new ones put on with 10,000 stronger leaf pounds, raised the rear end 3 inches. I had heat but the vents wouldn't open, mechanic bypassed the leak and now AC and Heat comes through on the flat and down hill, but up hill not enough viscum to open the vents. The hot water heater comes on but doesn't stay on to heat the tank. Every thing works. Only had it out two times last year and part of hunting season. Out one time this year and planning to use it during archery season. If you get it before archery season, I'll sleep in my truck.
