Actually just purchased for myself, but may need funds for a tech startup so putting up for right price. This is clean tilte, just got from insurance company like rest of units we get. Tree banch fell right on drive side rear corner, cracked fiberglass cap and broke shower skylight. Any rain went right in shower and opened gray tank flowed right now, going inside for repairs, but still avaiable in as-is condition for you handymen. Asking price is as you see it. We will offer repairs for $5,000. That would include roof, new skylight, fiberglass repair and painted to match with 1 year warranty on repairs. Very hard to find with this low miles, rust free, perfectly in tune, Clean Title to boot. As you see we plated and drove right home as you see it.
