CONDITION:
Floors are solid
fabric is excellent ! no pinches, tears or rodent holes.
walls are strong and
lift mechanism works as it should
Could use new tires.
There is a makeshift repair panned put in the roof where there was a leak around the AC.
Does not look great BUT IT WO
