With three slide-outs, a large living area, and plenty of sleeping space, this Southwind has room to make yourself comfortable.
This is a 3rd-owner, free-and-clear, non-smoking coach built on the dependable Workhorse W-22 chassis, powered by the 8.1L Vortec V8 producing 340 HP and paired with an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission. It has a 22,000-lb GVWR, 26,000-lb GCWR, and 5,000-lb hitch rating.

Outside, you'll have power leveling, receiver hitch, and three slide-outs that dramatically increase the living space when you're set up at camp.
Please note: The awning arms need to be replaced, and the washer/dryer needs servicing. The age of the tires is currently unknown, so they should be inspected before extended travel.
With a little TLC, this Southwind 37C could make a fantastic long-term RV for a family or snowbird. It's a spacious, well-equipped Class A with the features and floorplan to provide many more years of camping enjoyment.
