1988 Fleetwood RV - Drives - Forward/Reverse - Trans - Title in hand

BEFORE YOU BID PLEASE REALIZE, THIS R.V. IS NOT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE. IT DRIVES, THE CHASSIS IS STURDY, BUT THE INSIDE LOOKS LIKE...WELL....YOU BE THE JUDGE OF THAT. LET JUST SAY THE FIRST WORD THAT COMES TO MIND IS ""DELAMINATION"" FROM WATER DAMAGE OVER THE YEARS! ;-)
So although it drives, FORWARD, REVERSE, AND PARK, this is definitely a PROJECT VEHICLE!
If you are NOT looking for a PROJECT, then DO NOT BUY THIS R.V.!!!!!
Find something that doesn't need much work and buy that instead.
That said, I am selling because I have bills to pay, and it is now an eyesore sitting in my yard.
The auction will start off very low....50 bucks. Yep, and a low reserve as well. I need to make as much money as I can off this vehicle so I can pay my rent. Thanks in advance!
If you are interested, bid, get it before winter gals and guys. With the right person or people, this could be a great little project to fix up.

This has been sitting on my lawn for several years now. I lived in it, went through college living in it, full time, but I did not drive it much at all. For the most part it stayed in my yard the last 8 years. I think the most I ever drove it in 8 years was 6 miles. That was back when it was in pretty good shape however, and the water had not leaked in from the sides of the roof.
THE TITLE IS IN HAND.
The sides of the roof leak, however the main center of the roof does not appear to. Please see photos that show where side wall damage has taken place on both the left and right.
As you can see in the video the R.V. goes forward, backwards and it will go into park. I have never had an issue starting it or driving it.
THE BATTERY IN IT IS BRAND NEW.
I'VE NEVER DRIVEN IT A GREAT DISTANCE, BUT FOR THE SHORT DISTANCES I HAVE DRIVEN IT, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES.
I had a little smoke out of the tailpipe after not starting it for about a year, but that doesn't seem to happen now. The drivers side exhaust pipe fell off, but not the muffler. So it is still quiet enough. There is dual exhaust.
THERE IS NO GENERATOR.
THERE IS NO FURNACE.
THERE IS NO WATER HEATER.
All the appliances are still working that are included.
The Fridge runs off of gas or electric.
Microwave works.
Stove works.
Water tank is still hooked up and pump is functioning.
The Power Center is still functional and intact, albeit the power cord to hook to outside/shore power needs to be hooked up and is NOT PROVIDED.
THE TIRES HAVE EXCELLENT TREAD.
THE BLINKERS ARE WORKING AS WELL AS REAR LIGHTS. THE LEFT FRONT BLINKER DOES HAVE A LIGHT OUT, IT JUST NEEDS THE BULB REPLACED.
THE MOTOR DOES NOT KNOCK AND WHEN RUNNING IT SOUNDS GOOD. TAKES A BIT TO IDLE DOWN FROM A COLD START BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT, ITS OLD.
Odometer is currently at: 100,520
The wiring will need hooked up before running appliances from the outlets. Like I said previous, THE POWER CORD TO HOOK UP TO SHORE POWER IS NOT PROVIDED. It and the generator were removed a few years ago for another project of mine. So you either need a generator or hook up another shore power cord to get your appliances running. Unless you plan to use gas for the stove and fridge. You can do that as well.
The gas canister is still hooked up to the bottom of the trailer, however, there are no lines running to any appliances.
I WILL PUT SOME FUEL IN THE R.V. BEFORE YOU LEAVE! BUT, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND, THE TANK IS HUGE AND I AM NOT FILLING THAT FOR YOU. But, I will make sure you have enough to do some traveling.
Gas gauge reads correctly!
IF ANYTHING, IT WOULD BE A GREAT PARTS DOANER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PUT THE TIME AND MONEY INTO IT.

There is a spare tire not shown in the photos but it will come along with the trailer.
There are NO OVER THE SHOULDER BELTS FOR THE SEATS. ONLY LAP BELTS. I do have the over the shoulder belts but they are not hooked up. I draped the belt over myself in the video. Hopefully you can figure out how to hook those up.
THERE ARE NO OTHER SEATS THAN THE FRONT DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS SEATS.
THE OTHER SEATS WERE NEVER INSTALLED AND IT WAS LIKE THIS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. HOWEVER, I DO HAVE THE SEATS AND THEY WILL BE INCLUDED. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN INSTALL THEM YOURSELF OR WHATEVER.
THERE IS NO SIDE DOOR STEPS.
