Available for your consideration here is a 1986 Chevy Motorhome 25’.. by Fleetwood, this home is for sale to the highest bidder. The roof has been resealed and has a new air conditioner installed. It is a dry home and heated by portable radiator. Refrigerator and freezer works, but we are not sure how well. It has a gas range but we are not sure if it’s operative. The vehicle has a 350 Chevy engine, automatic transmission and dual wheels in rear, but it has not been started for 10 years.. has about 80K miles on it. The vehicle must be removed from the property by 12/03/2025. It’s $1000 for management to have the home towed from the property, You may be able to have it towed for 200 or 300 bucks, but you would need to have a place to take it to. It is basically free for the taking.. plus your bid amount.. plus tow. Tires are pretty rough but would likely make it through a tow.. no flats at this time. Interior will need a good cleaning, We will remove all personal items, not as pictured. Sleeps 6. Payment is required asap, so we are sure you are serious about purchasing and removing the home.
