I've only used the RV for sleeping 3 times since I purchased it. Life had a change of plans for me and can no longer go on any of the planned trips with it.
- I had the camper fully resealed to keep the warranty from Dutchman active.
- Bathroom never used.- From the pictures you can see that lack of use in how spotless everything is.- Comes with the auto jack and the 2 front stabilizing Jacks I installed (4 stabilizing jacks in total).- Comes with a rear camera and 7'' screen display for the cab.
- Weight distribution system and sway bar included- All of the chalks, water filters, waste dump tube, hoses, power cords, tire covers, winter RV cover, and Auto Jack Cover included.- Spare tire included.- If you don't want the bed, let me know and I will remove it before sale is complete.- If you are interested in any of the items in the closet (unused toiletries, tools, and camping gear), underneath the bed (Hand cranks for the Jacks and more pillows/blankets), or the cabinets (full of pots pans, and utensils), I don't mind leaving them in the camper with the milk crates.
