Single owner. 37.5’ including tongue. 3 slides (all with slide topper awnings). Sleeps maximum of 11. Bunkhouse room has 4 beds, good as storage shelves if not for sleeping. One bed is a table that converts to a bed. Bunkhouse has dresser, wardrobe, and TV area. Master queen Bed with firm gel memory foam replacement mattress. Master TV area.Samsung TV.DVD player/stereo.
Outdoor kitchen (mini frig, 2 burner stove, sink). All systems work, no leaks or issues. Sat in a seasonal RV park every year. Selling because we want a non-bunkhouse floorplan for the two of us.
I will do minor repairs (see below) and detail it to sell in the Spring selling season. I’m asking at a lower price now, before I put any elbow grease in!
There are 3 minor concerns/repairs (see pictures):
*Needs some exterior vinyl trim molding which cracked this season and partially blew off on the drive home. Extremely simple cheap repair.
*The kitchen slide’s rubber seal has cracked and fallen apart on both sides. Should be a simple repair.
*The check light on the refrigerator has sometimes blinked ever since it was brand new. Didn’t blink at all this last season. Towed camper home and now it’s blinking again. It does and always has cooled just fine.
