2013 Dutchmen Kodiak 290 BHSL Travel Trailer, including a Reese Weight Distributing Hitch. As-Is.
Selling our 2013 Dutchmen Kodiak 290 BHSL. The camper is currently set up at a seasonal campground in Howard, Oh and is still being used, but we have decided to sell it. The Kodiak 290 BHSL has a great layout with a rear bunkhouse and a super slide out, which opens up the camper immensely. Currently the camper sleeps 6.
This camper is used and it has a few issues, which are described below. All the major systems and appliances are currently working.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- The camper has delamination of the fiberglass on the front cap. See pics. There are no signs of any water leakage inside, around that front cap area. Which is above the Master Bedroom.
- There was a water leak we discovered last year (2025) at the right rear corner of the bunkhouse. The leak was repaired last summer (2025), and there are some signs of that leakage on that interior wall in the bunk area, see pics.
- There are a few soft spots in the flooring: One near the entrance door, one around the kitchen area, one in the bunk area.
- The original dinette table has been removed, although the dinette benches remain.
- The couch has also been removed.
Terms of Sale, Payment & Shipping:
AS-IS SALE: The camper is being sold AS-IS. Free and clear title.
eBay Managed Payments: To ensure a safe transaction for both parties, all payments—including any initial deposits and the final balance payment—must be processed directly through eBay Checkout.
Removal & Transport: The campground staff will have to physically move the travel trailer off the seasonal campsite (they require a min. 2 day notice). However, the buyer is entirely responsible for any and all transportation, hookup logistics, and towing from that point forward. The included Reese Weight-Distributing Hitch is in great condition and is currently stored inside the front pass-through storage compartment of the trailer.
