Dodge Ram 3500
1999 Dodge Ram E3500 Cargo VanI am the 3rd owner of this lil gem. Van is in good condition; the exterior has some minor rust due to its location in the Northeast area (i.e., snow). I recently purchased it, but due to a family member's health issues, my focus has shifted.
Updated breaks and router.
Has a queen-size bed that converts into a bench unit. Sink with grey water collection & plumbing. There is a ~20-gal water tank connected to the plumbing; however, the previous owner removed the water heater, so you'd have to add one to utilize the system. There is a preasurizer and filter system already installed.Has custom cabinetry, plenty of STORAGE
Solar system and electrical system in place with dimer.
The original owner did not insulate or soundproof very well, but it is good enough. Probably worth updating at some point.

Think the culprit is water rolling off the roof area.
