1995 Damon Challenger – 32' Motorhome

1995 Damon Challenger, 32 feet, in good overall condition for its age. This is a good-running motorhome with many of the major systems working properly. It does need some cosmetic attention and has some age-related issues, which I have tried to describe honestly and show in the pictures.
The RV was taken on its last trip approximately two weeks ago and performed well.
MECHANICAL & SYSTEMS
- Engine runs very well
- Kohler generator works well (908 hours)
- Engine A/C works fine
- Both roof A/C units work perfectly
- Refrigerator works
- Oven works
- Furnace works
- Water pump works
- Inverter works
- Toilet, shower, and drains all work properly
- No known roof leaks
- 4-wheel hydraulic leveling system works manually. The automatic leveling function has been disconnected. The leveling jacks are operated manually from inside using the joystick controls, raising and lowering one jack at a time.
KNOWN ISSUES
I want to be completely upfront about the known issues:
- Awning has some tears
- Trim above the passenger door has an issue. This was already like that when I purchased the motorhome approximately 13 years ago
- Small dent in the rear bumper, which happened recently while taking the motorhome out of storage
- Wood at the bottom of one of the benches is deteriorating and needs repair
- Tires were installed around 2015 or 2016 (I can't remember the exact year), so they should be inspected and likely replaced due to age
- Passenger-side mirror vibrates while driving and seems loose, although it is properly attached. It may be that the material behind the mounting area has weakened.
- The right-side rear lights work but are noticeably dimmer than the lights on the left side.
This is a 31-year-old motorhome, so please do not expect a new RV. It has cosmetic imperfections and age-related wear, but it is a good-running RV with the systems listed above functioning.
