Very clean and well-cared-for 2003 Coachmen Spirit of America 249QB travel trailer. This camper has been lightly used throughout its life and had only one owner prior to our family.
It has been winterized annually and the roof has been sealed as preventative maintenance. To the best of our knowledge, all major systems are currently in working order. There are no known leaks, and the interior presents extremely well for its age with original cabinetry, upholstery, and fixtures in very good condition. Also comes with all user manuals for each system, and a recently purchased new sway bar for hitch attachment.
As expected for a 22-year-old camper, normal cosmetic wear consistent with age is present. The exterior shows some fading and could benefit from cosmetic refreshing depending on buyer preference.
