The bus is stored indoors, its been very well maintained, factory oil changes, the tires are in great shape no dry rot or flat spots, easy draining Black & Grey Water tanks w/ washout, absolutely no roof leaks, we bought this to travel with our young son, since then we have had another son, we just don't use it. when i bought the bus i purposely did not want any slide outs so we could use the bus while moving down the road without issues, when you park your already set up ready to go, has electric rear level stabalizer feet. i went around the entire rv and got rid of any shuttering, or creaking noises these all make from the factory. The rear bed is a memory foam queen, the kitchen table folds down to sleep 2, the upper bed over drivers area folds down to a single mattress, if you reinstall the couch it also would sleep one. can have up 6 legal passengers going down the road in the bus. The Generator starts right up, everything works great.
