The water holding tanks are functional and solid. The interior gaucho area was converted by the previous owner to provide a more beefy sofa sitting and sleeping area. Dry weight is 4290 lbs and tongue weight is 520 lbs. Tires were recently added and trailer towed over 1K miles this Summer.
This is a very solid unit but just a few feet too long for our intended permanent space. Will include towing hitch receiver and ball. This is a 30 plus year old camper and being sold as is.
