- All original systems (plumbing, propane, electrical, appliances) are purely original and untested — assume they need inspection, and likely repair or replacement, before use
- No trailer brakes — tow vehicle should be rated appropriately given no trailer-side braking

Title & Documentation
Sold with a bill of sale, no title. Per Connecticut DMV rules, no title is required for vehicles 20 model years or older, so this is a straightforward, legal sale in-state.
